discouraging to most, and most people don't keep on going, hence they made someone else a good amount of income, but they are left with nothing in return.

IPC Program , Income Online Training
When a new person is looking on the internet for an online income opportunity, they quite often get wrapped up in all the pretty packaging and lofty promises that the programs landing page is offering them. Unfortunatly, that is about as far as most peoples research on that program goes, it's actually not much more than an impulse buy.
If a person is truly wanting to start an online businness, they should treat it , at least in the beginning, more like a brick and mortar business. Good luck making contact with almost any admin. dept.... this is a bold statement, but one that needs to be addressed. You will not be left alone with the IPC Program. Again, these lacking customer service issues were the all too common experiences, that became part of the inspiration for the IPC Program.
